Di recente ho avuto il piacere di insegnare la meditazione a Federico, un bimbo di 10 anni. Ha la mamma e le sorelle che meditano e non vedeva proprio l’ora di imparare anche lui. Come faccio sempre anche con gli adulti, gli ho chiesto perché vuole meditare, cosa lo ha spinto ad avvicinarsi. La sua risposta, accompagnata da un sorriso: “Mi ispira”.
Due parole semplici che racchiudono un mondo, il nostro meditante in erba sa che attraverso questo strumento potrà accedere quotidianamente alla massima fonte di creatività, intelligenza, energia ed ispirazione.
Nuove generazioni, gentili, educate, intelligenti e sensibili, è un vero piacere averci a che fare e poter trasmettere loro un dono tanto prezioso che meritano sin dalla più tenera età 💕

Vor Kurzem hatte ich die Freude dem 10-jährigen Federico die Meditation beizubringen. Seine Mutti und die Geschwister meditieren bereits und er konnte kaum warten, bis es auch für ihn soweit war. Wie ich es auch immer mit den Erwachsenen handhabe, habe ich ihn gefragt, warum er meditieren möchte, was ihn dazu bewegt hat sich dem Thema zu nähern. Seine Antwort, mit einem Lächeln: “Es inspiriert mich.”*
Zwei einfache Worte, die ganz viel bedeuten, unser angehender Meditierender weiß, dass er über ein Werkzeug verfügt, über das er täglich in die höchste Quelle der Kreativität, Intelligenz, Energie und Inspiration eintauchen kann.
Neue Generationen, freundlich, gebildet, intelligent und einfühlsam, es ist mir eine wahre Freude, damit zu tun zu haben und ihnen dieses wertvolle Geschenk vermitteln zu dürfen, das sie sich bereits im frühen Alter verdienen 💕

Recently I had the joy to teach ten-years-old Federico. His mother and sisters already meditate and he couldn’t wait for his time to come. Such as I use to with adults, I asked him, why he would like to meditate, what promped him to do it. His answer, with a smile: “It inspires me.”**
Two very simple words disclosing a deep meaning, our young meditator knows that he disposes of a tool, by means of which he can dive in the ultimate source of creativity, intelligence, energy and inspiration, daily.
New generations, gentle, polite, intelligent and sensitive, it’s a great pleasure to me to interact with them and to have the opportunity to give them such a precious gift they deserve since a very tender age 💕
