A “Krampus”!!! Every year the “Krampuses” have the task to scare above all the “bad” children on December 5th 😉 They have big horns and bells, they make a lot of noise and run after people all about. The masks are a gorgeous wooden handicraft – there is an artist showing his skills in piazza della Rena – and the costume is often made of real sheep wool. It’s an ancient tradition. A friend of mine took a beautiful picture of them during the night concert, I wanted to share it with you 🙂
