A new taste

Last weekend I learned something new. There is a typical South Tyrolean dish nearly everybody loves, it’s the “Schlutzkrapfen”. Little half moons made of pastry with spinach filling, served with butter and a bit of grana cheese. Have you ever tasted them with a bit of pepper? This was my last discover! They are gorgeous!
